TensorNiche, LLC operates OfferKode™ at offerkode.com. This policy explains the information used to run the coupon and deal site, who receives it, and the choices available to you. Contact [email protected] about privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
When you browse, your browser sends technical information such as its IP address, requested pages, browser details, and time of access to our hosting infrastructure. We use this information to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose problems, and enforce request limits. Offer searches and country choices are processed to show relevant results. Our web server access logs omit query strings; infrastructure providers may keep their own operational logs under their policies.
If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message so we can respond. We do not currently offer accounts or collect email addresses for login. Email login is planned; this notice will be updated before it launches.
Country preferences and cookies
We use the region in your browser’s language preferences, when available, to suggest a country and its currency. This is a preference, not your physical location. We do not request device location. You can choose a country in the header; this helps order offers, but other offers remain available. Amounts are not converted, and merchant terms determine eligibility.
An explicit choice is stored in a first-party cookie for your browser session. If you check “Remember my country for 180 days,” that cookie can last up to 180 days. It contains your selected country and whether you asked us to remember it. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
You can change your selection at any time. Uncheck Remember and apply to return to session-only storage, or select Automatic and apply to remove the preference cookie. Automatic inference is recalculated from your browser language and is not saved in the preference cookie.
We also use a signed session cookie for security checks and request limits. The application session lasts up to one day; browser session restoration may retain it. Rate-limit records expire according to their configured windows. You can clear cookies in your browser, although some site functions may then reset or be limited.
Analytics
Google Analytics is currently disabled. No Google Analytics tag is loaded by this application.
Sharing and retention
Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical information to deliver and protect the site. When you follow a merchant link, that merchant receives information associated with your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information through this application. We keep correspondence and operational information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution; provider retention may differ. We do not promise a fixed retention period where one has not been established.
Your choices and changes
You may change or clear your country preference, clear browser cookies, or contact us at [email protected] to ask about information we hold about you. We will review requests under applicable law. We may update this policy as the service changes.
